Kaylene joined NRI as CEO for ANZ in December 2024, bringing deep expertise in strategy, transformation, technology, and innovation across public sector, telecommunications, and utilities.

Prior to NRI, Kaylene was CEO and Managing Director of Capgemini Australia and New Zealand, where she led significant growth through acquisitions, market repositioning, and expansion into complex, large‑scale engagements across cloud, cyber, engineering, AI, and enterprise transformation. Earlier, she held senior leadership roles at Deloitte, including Managing Partner of Deloitte Consulting Australia and national lead for Technology Strategy and Transformation. Bryan Stibbard is a dynamic Executive Business Leader with over 25 years of experience driving transformational growth, go-to-market strategies, and innovation across the enterprise security and data management sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Ecosystems & GTM at Palo Alto Networks, Bryan oversees ANZ strategy, business operations, and a high-performing channel ecosystem. Throughout his distinguished career—which includes senior leadership roles at Commvault and Symantec—Bryan has built a reputation for designing robust channel pathways, rationalising partner networks, and fostering strategic alliances with major global and local service providers. He is highly regarded for his commitment to talent identification, front-line coaching, and cultivating a collaborative culture within the IT channel community. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Adelaide.

Robbie Upcroft is Senior Director and Country General Manager of Tech Data ANZ, wholly owned subsidiary of leading global distributor, TD Synnex.

He is responsible for the end-to-end operations of the business in this region including sales, marketing, strategy and P&L. Robbie has been with Tech Data for two and a half years and previously worked with Microsoft in both Australia and the UK. Tech Data ANZ represents over 50 vendors including Microsoft, IBM, AWS, Check Point, Red Hat, F5, Infoblox, SentinelOne, Arista, Juniper, AvePoint and more.
